About the founder

Hi, I'm Rob. I have ADHD.

I've led charities, social enterprises and NGOs for over fifteen years. For most of that time I thought my brain was something to manage around my leadership responsibilities.

Some days I solve problems nobody else can see. Some days I can't open an email. Both of those people are me.

It took a long time to understand that the systems were the problem. Not me. Open Tabs Network exists because the community I always needed didn't exist. So I built it.
